A visionary educator, entrepreneur, and innovator — Sanju has dedicated her career to redefining how India learns, grows, and leads. With over a decade of impact across education, technology, and entrepreneurship, she continues to inspire a new generation of leaders and learners.

Sanju holds a Master’s Degree in Education, where her deep understanding of child psychology and learning methodologies laid the foundation for her life’s mission — to make learning more meaningful, personalized, and joyful. Her own discovery of being an auditory learner during childhood sparked her lifelong curiosity about how differently children absorb information. This realization became the cornerstone of her educational philosophy: every child learns in their own unique way.

In 2011, she co-founded The Santa Kidz — India’s first Brain School powered by DMIT-based learning methodologies. Her vision was to design a curriculum that identifies each child’s dominant learning style — visual, auditory, or kinesthetic — and helps them learn accordingly. Under her academic and creative direction, The Santa Kidz evolved into one of the country’s most trusted preschool chains, with 500+ schools across 16 states and 40,000+ young learners nurtured through its holistic approach.

In 2015, Sanju pioneered India’s first No-Royalty Franchise Model in education, empowering hundreds of aspiring edupreneurs to build their own preschools with minimal barriers and maximum support. Her leadership and mentorship have since shaped a nationwide network of passionate educators, each contributing to a shared vision of accessible, quality education.

Expanding her impact, Sanju launched Santians International School in 2019 — an institution blending academic excellence with real-world learning and emotional intelligence. Even during the pandemic, her unwavering commitment helped sustain operations and support franchise partners, ensuring the continuity of learning during uncertain times.

Her entrepreneurial journey further evolved in 2021 with the founding of Flycon EV, an electric vehicle assembling startup that quickly grew to 100+ dealerships across India. Following a successful exit in 2024, Sanju continues to build and back transformative ventures — including India’s leading electric fleet brand, a smart startup funding platform, and The Unschooled Mind, a premium preschool concept redefining early education through creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
